Executive

Any form of coaching within a business setting. Prices for executive coaching depend on need and location, and will be negotiated beforehand.

1:1 Staff coaching

A business is only as strong as the people who work for it. Coaching your staff will ensure they feel valued and develop them professionally as individuals.

Education

Any form of coaching in schools or within education. This includes coaching with both students and staff.

1:1 staff coaching

The most individualised professional development possible. Coaching supports staff to grow as individuals both personally and professionally. This helps with areas such as staff retention, staff morale, self-esteem and self-reflection to name but a few.

1:1 Student Coaching

£50 per hour

Giving students access to coaching can support them in various ways. Among them are, taking responsibility, overcoming barriers to learning, improving self-belief and increased emotional intelligence.

Group student coaching

£70 per hour

Group coaching can support young people through difficult future events or negative shared experiences. This could be coping with transition, preparing for exams or dealing with the death or illness of someone linked to the school. I can have up to ten students in one group.

Associate Coach And TRAiner

Ben Harper

I love to help people think ‘well’.

I am a qualified coach with a 20+ year career in and around education, having worked as a teacher, manager, therapeutic worker, youth worker and trainer. Much of my current work involves providing wellbeing training and coaching to support Headteachers, Teachers and others who work in and around education, although I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life, hearing their stories, and helping them navigate whatever challenges or dilemmas they face.

I primarily take a ‘person centred approach’ to coaching which focusses on helping people to identify strengths, resources and wisdom already present within the individual.

As a trainer, I am committed to making training accessible and practical for people. I always structure my training in such a way as to help people think, reflect and consider how they might apply any theory in practice.

With all my work, I’m a big believer in the power of listening, and I love to see people have their own ‘light bulb’ moments when they unlock something in their own minds.

Associate Coach

Josh Scully

Hi I’m Josh. I am a husband, coach, archery/axe throwing instructor, and also work in alternative provision. In the past I have been an IT technician, carer, youth worker, holiday camp kids leader, and soldier. I’ve come across a lot of different sorts of people and, in all the things I have done, the most rewarding part has always been serving and helping those people. To me, this doesn’t just mean providing a service but empowering others to figure things out for themselves by exploring their thoughts, feelings, ideas and capabilities.

When I was introduced to coaching, I found out that it was about empowering others to figure things out for themselves by exploring their thoughts, feelings, ideas and capabilities! Since then, I’ve trained as a coach myself and coached clients from different backgrounds who all have unique needs. I love seeing what can happen when someone is really listened to, is asked insightful questions and is given an authentic environment for them to grow and reach their full potential.

In my coaching, I offer a safe place for you to step back from the day-to-day and look inwards to help you grow and focus on what is best for you. My clients say they have valued my natural inquisitiveness and calming presence. Whether you’re certain of the next step or just a bit lost, coaching can help empower you to make the best of it.

Associate Coach

Pete Tedde

Hi, I’m Pete. I am a keen Life Coach and have also completed qualifications in Person Centred Counselling. In my personal life and working life, I have met many different people from many different backgrounds. I am fortunate to have gained experiences from these encounters that have led me onto a path of Life Coaching. As a Life Coach, I am passionate about supporting others so that they can make the right decisions at the right time. Ultimately, this isn’t just about offering a service to people, it’s about enabling them to get the very best out of their lives and supporting them to grow and thrive as they’d like to.  I was first introduced to Coaching six years ago and I offer a warm, safe and non-judgemental environment from which you can explore what works best for you. As an active listener, I am pleased to be able to offer my services.
