Communicating with children through a Coaching Approach - training to help you have more meaningful conversations with the children you work with. This training includes hands on activities and shares resources, as well as guidance, on how to have brilliant conversations with children both as a group and 1:1. It will discuss the importance of listening and the power of the questions we ask to really support those children who need it.
A fun and thought-provoking training day for students. I use coaching approaches to teach children various topics such as emotional intelligence, stress management and teamwork. These days can be tailored to fit the needs of your students.

Supervision is a reflective dialogue which supports the coach to improve their own practice.
A friendly group of coaches who meet monthly to help and support each other grow and develop. We meet the first Friday of every month (9:30-11:30) either via Zoom or at The Arc, Westcliff, Scunthorpe.
